Coordinated Travel Services L.L.C., is a joint venture between the International Union, UAW, the UAW-Chrysler National Training Center, the UAW-Ford National Program Center and the UAW-General Motors Center for Human Resources.

Coordinated Travel Services has negotiated discount rates with Delta Air Lines who serves more than 160 million customers each year. With its unsurpassed global network, Delta and the Delta Connection® carriers offer service to more than 350 destinations in nearly 70 countries on six continents.

Hotels

Coordinated Travel Services has significantly reduced the cost for each member group when they have transient housing, meeting, and/or conferencing needs. When using CTS to book conferences or meetings, CTS will negotiate a preliminary contract with the approved hotel on behalf of the group. This contract is then forwarded to the group for their approval and signature. CTS then finalizes the contract with the hotel.

Coordinated Travel Services has negotiated discounted car rentals with Avis Rent A Car System, LLC and its subsidiaries who operate one of the world's leading car rental brands, providing business and leisure customers with a wide range of services at more than 2,100 locations in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the Latin American / Caribbean region.

US Park Coupons

When traveling on UAW business and departing from Detroit Metro Airport, the International Union policy is to park at US Park. The US Park employees are UAW members.

CTS has negotiated a $9.00 per day rate. US Parks drive up rate is $11.00 per day.

* Only one coupon per visit

Each parking day is considered to be 24 hours and is calculated at the time you pull the ticket at the lot gate. Time exceeding 24 hours is calculated hourly at a charge of $2.50 per hour. Once you exceed 2 hours the rate changes to the daily rate.
