Coordinated Travel Services has negotiated discount rates with Delta Air Lines who serves more than 160 million customers each year. With its unsurpassed global network, Delta and the Delta Connection® carriers offer service to more than 350 destinations in nearly 70 countries on six continents.

Hotels

Coordinated Travel Services has significantly reduced the cost for each member group when they have transient housing, meeting, and/or conferencing needs. When using CTS to book conferences or meetings, CTS will negotiate a preliminary contract with the approved hotel on behalf of the group. This contract is then forwarded to the group for their approval and signature. CTS then finalizes the contract with the hotel.

Can I look up an airfare on the Internet and purchase a ticket through TSI USA at that price?

Yes, TravelFocus has the ability to book Internet airfares through their reservation system. 

Internet Fares

Be sure the Internet fare is available. In some instances the lower airfares may not really be available.  This is common when searching sites like Travelocity, Orbitz, and Cheaptickets.  During your search for availability the site will display an airfare, but when you continue to the purchase phase the airfare comes up as unavailable and will display a new higher airfare.  If you have found a valid Internet fare that is not showing up in ResX, continue through the booking process until you reach the comments section. Add a message into the comments section that you are showing a lower airfare; enter the amount and the specific site where you found this lower airfare. A TSI USA agent will research the price and if available will book at the lower airfare. 

Southwest

When booking Southwest online, ResX will not show the Internet fare. All Southwest reservations booked online are sent to an agent to rebook at the Internet fare, in most cases bringing back a lower cost ticket.
